How do we quote and work?
You describe the job and, if you can, send a few photos. You then get a written quote that lists what is included. Prices depend on size, surface, condition and access, so we do not give flat numbers before seeing the property.
On the day, the crew protects plants and outlets, chooses the pressure and cleaner for each surface, and walks the property with you at the end. Weather can move a date, and we would rather reschedule than work in unsafe conditions. If something needs a repair first, we will say so.
